Many buyers only pay attention to Single House, Townhouse, Condo, but ignored Duplex. Duplex. The value of Duplex has been undervalued usually. Why is it good for you. Why is duplex very good for buyer? I will let you know at the end.

No council, no bylaws, no rules, no agm, no minutes
Contingency Reserve Funds
No agreement with neighbour, trouble
Neighbour make legal risk, trouble.
