The difference between Townhouse and House besides the property fee?Does the owner own the land?
There are many differences actually, for single houses. And the owner can be said, and what you want to do for inside and outside, unless you cannot get approval, get permit from the city hall. So if the city how approve, you can do whatever you want, actually, usually, and, e.g., how to renovate insight, and what can color, and you can be set for the outset, what kind of color.

But for townhouses, only can decide the inside of the townhouse, and even you can decide by yourself. But you need approval from the strata.
